信号交叉口左转待行区综合效益评估

Comprehensive benefit evaluation of the left-turn waiting zone on signalized intersection

摘要:

结合微观交通仿真技术、道路交通事故预测模型(HSM)、尾气排放模型(CMEM)、机动车噪声排放和衰减模型以及道路交通外部成本,实现了对信号交叉口在有左转待行区和无左转待行区条件下的动态交通仿真;从通行效率、燃油消耗、交通安全、空气污染、温室效应以及噪声污染六个方面评价左转待行区对信号交叉口综合效益的影响。最后,将方法应用于广州市典型干路交叉口。结果显示,建设左转待行区后交叉口平均综合成本下降了近25%。左转待行区虽能够有效提高交叉口行车效率,但是会导致该区域的尾气、噪声污染加剧。因此,提出的评价方法可以有效、全面地评估左转待行区,为城市交叉口优化改造提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

Combined with microscopic traffic simulation software, HSM road traffic accident prediction model, the Comprehensive Modal Emissions Model (CMEM) and vehicle noise emission model and the attenuation model, in addition to a consideration of social cost, a comprehensive method was proposed to establish the dynamic traffic simulation model of signal intersection with and without left-turn waiting zone(LWZ), and then quantitatively evaluate the LWZ from the aspect of traffic efficiency, fuel consumption, traffic safety, air pollution, greenhouse effect and noise pollution. At last, the method was applied to a real intersection of Guangzhou, and the results show that the average comprehensive cost of the intersection with the LWZ is reduced by nearly 25%. The example had proved that setting LWZ can effectively promote traffic efficiency at the intersections, but leads to the increase of air pollution and noise pollution. The method can evaluate the value of LWZ comprehensively and effectively, and be a consultation for road planning.
