摘要: 建立了Hastelloy-C276材料超薄壁大径厚比屏蔽套的二维正旋仿真模型,应用大型有限元软件MSCMARC进行了仿真分析,探讨了旋轮与工件以及工件与芯模之间摩擦因数的变化对应力,应变和材料流动的影响规律,并分析了在旋压过程中由于摩擦因数过大而引起的断裂现象,从而为大径厚比,超薄壁屏蔽套的制造方法提供理论指导。

Abstract: Establish a Hastelloy-C276 material forward spinning simulation model of shielding cover with extra thinwall and height diameter/thickness ratio. Applied the largescale finite element software MSCMARC to carry on the simulation analysis, discuss the changes in stress, strain and material flow caused by the friction coefficient between roller and workpiece and the friction coefficient between workpiece and mandrel, as well as the fracture phenomenon due to the excessive fraction coefficient, so as to provide theory instruction for the manufacture method of shielding cover with extra thinwall and height diameter/thickness ratio.
