小球藻处理养殖污水及其资源化利用研究

Aquaculture Wastewater Treatment and Resource Utilizing by Chlorella

摘要: 小球藻对养殖污水进行处理时存在分离困难的问题。在处理中期引入轮虫,对小球藻进行捕食,并测定了处理过程中水质的变化。结果表明:①小球藻对养殖污水具有良好的净化效果:总氮去除率在54%以上、总磷在91%以上、氨态氮去除率在80%以上、亚硝态氮去除率接近100%;② 轮虫能有效地清除水体中的小球藻,与对照相比,能使水体中的小球藻下降至10%;③ 收获到原接种量8~9倍数量的轮虫;④在一定时间内,轮虫的引入不会对污水处理效果产生不良影响;⑤ 在本实验条件下,轮虫的最佳接种时间为第4-5天,最佳接种密度为15个/mL 。为寻找一条净化与利用两结合的方法进行了有益探索。

Abstract: It is hard to remove Chlorella in wastewater treatments. In this study, during the progress of the aquaculture wastewater nutrients removal by Chlorella,we introduced rotifers into the wastewater, and determine water quality during all the process. The results indicated that: ①Chlorella had a good effect in removal of aquaculture wastewater nutrition: more than 54% total nitrogen, more than 91% total phosphorus, more than 80% ammonium, and nearly 100% nitrite nitrogen were removed by Chlorella;②rotifer can intake of Chlorella clearly. Comparing with control, the density of Chlorella dropped to 10% ;③in the end of this experiment, the rotifers densities were 8~9 times of the begin stage; ④introduced rotifers into wastewater have no significant influence on wastewater treatments;⑤ a most suitable time and most suitable quantity for seeding rotifers was found in this study. Therefore, the research is doing its best to find a good method for treating and reusing.
