摘要: 研究了在磁场B中受带电杂质影响的2维2电子量子点的特性。带电杂质被固定在z轴上且与量子点所在的平面的距离为d。 用直接对角化方法获得了2电子量子点的低态能谱,计算了其基态角动量L0和自旋S0随B、d的演化, 归纳结果于(L0,S0)相图中。 (L0,S0)图表明:基态L0和S0跃迁以特殊的方式匹配。

Abstract: The property of a 2dimensional 2electron quantum dot (QD) subjected to an external magnetic field B and affected by a charged impurity is studied. The impurity is located at the zaxis by a distance d from the plane of the dot. The energy spectra of lowlying state of the QD are obtained by the exact diagonalization approach. The evolution of the angular momentum L0 and the spin S0 of the ground state in accord with B and d has been calculated, the results are summarized and plotted in a (L0,S0) diagram. The (L0,S0) diagram indicates that the transitions of L0 and S0 are matched in peculiar way.
