口炎清颗粒指纹图谱研究

The Fingerprint of Kouyanqing Granule

摘要: 采用HPLC法构建了口炎清颗粒的指纹图谱,用Dikma PLATISIL ODS色谱柱,以乙腈-φ=0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为254 nm。该指纹图谱有23个共有特征峰,确认了其中7个色谱峰的成分分别为绿原酸、咖啡酸、木犀草苷、哈巴俄苷、肉桂酸、甘草酸铵、甘草苷。构建的指纹图谱,操作简便,专属性强、重复性好,为该产品的质量监控提供了有效手段。

Abstract: In this paper, the HPLC fingerprint of Kouyanqing Granule was established with Dikma PLATISIL ODS (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, acetonitrile and 0.1% (φ) formic acid as mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. 23 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks. Seven of these common peaks were identified as chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, harpagoside, cinnamic acid, ammonium glycyrrhetate and glycyrrhizic acid. The method established is selective, simple and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Kouyanqing Granule.
