分析太阳电池及阵列中二极管的作用

摘要: 具体分析二极管在太阳电池、光伏组件和光伏阵列的作用。利用Matlab中Simulink 仿真工具,根据太阳电池的仿真模型,建立光伏组件和阵列的仿真模型,分析计算二极管在太阳电池、组件及阵列中的作用,仿真分析计算具有不同导通电压的二极管对光伏组件和阵列输出功率的影响。计算结果表明正确选择二极管的导通电压对提高光伏组件和阵列输出功率是有益的。

Abstract: There is concrete analysis of the diode's role in solar cell, photovoltaic module and array. Using the Matlab and Simulink tools.According to the simulation model of solar cells, the simulation 〖JP2〗model of photovoltaic module and array is established, and the role of diodes in the solar cell, photovoltaic module and array is analysed and caleulated. And then,the results from diodes which have different conduction voltage and different influence on the output power of photovoltaic module and array is simulated. Calculation results show that the correct choice of diode's conduction voltage is beneficial to improve the output power of photovoltaic module and array.
