快速毛细管电泳安培法测定京尼平甘和藏红花素的含量

Determination of the Contents of Geniposide and Crocin in Fructus gardeniae by Capillary Electrophoresis

摘要: 采用毛细管电泳安培法测定了栀子Fructus gardeniae 中京尼平甘和藏红花素的含量。在20 mmol/L Tris-HCl 缓冲溶液(pH = 8.50), 25 kV高压,0.86 V工作电极电位的条件下,在4 min内实现了两种被测组分的有效分离。测得四川栀子中京尼平甘和藏红花素的含量为32.46 mg/g和8.527 mg/g, 浙江栀子中京尼平甘和藏红花素的含量为26.51 mg/g和7.028 mg/g。浙江栀子中京尼平甘和藏红花素的平均回收率分别为99.64% 和100.2%,四川栀子中京尼平苷和藏红花素的平均回收率分别为99.73% 和99.92%。该法快速准确,为栀子中京尼平甘和藏红花素的质量控制提供了新方法。

Abstract: The capillary electrophoresis was used for the determination of the content of Geniposide and Crocin in Fructus gardeniae . The effective separated components were achieved by using separation voltage 25 kV, injection time 8 seconds and detection potential at 0.86 V in 20 mmol/L TrisHCl buffer condition (pH=8.50). The contents of Geniposide and Crocin in Sichuan Fructus gardeniae were determined to be 32.46 mg/g and 8.527 mg/g. The contents of Geniposide and Crocin in Zhejiang Fructus gardeniae were determined to be 26.51 mg/g and 7.028 mg/g. The average recovery ratios of Geniposide and Crocin in Sichuan Fructus gardeniae were 99.73% and 99.92%. The average recovery ratios of Geniposide and Crocin in Zhejiang Fructus gardeniae were 99.64 % and 100.2%. A novel method of the quality control of Geniposide and Crocin in Fructus gardeniae was built up.
