摘要: 研制了准一维纳米材料场致电子发射模拟软件,该软件基于一个纳米材料场致电子发射的双电流模型,自洽地计算电势、电荷密度、费米能级的分布和发射电流。最后给出了一个算例,计算了单根硼纳米线的场致电子发射,得到的结果与文献一致。

Abstract: The software for simulating field electron emission from one dimensional nano materials, including its physical background, the algorithm and a demonstration,was developed.The field emission from individual boron nanowire was calculated and the result is consistent with experimental result reported by other group.
