红树林内源真菌 Fusarium sp#ZZF51吸附Cu2+的研究

Biosorption of Copper (Ⅱ) by the Mangrove Endophytic Fungus Fusarium sp#ZZF51

摘要: 采用生物吸附法去除废水中Cu2+,研究了南海红树林内源真菌Fusarium sp#ZZF51吸附Cu2+的行为特性、吸附模型及吸附机理。结果表明:受试菌吸附Cu2+的吸附平衡时间为90 min,常温常压下吸附最佳pH值为6.5,Cu2+初始浓度50 mg/L,吸附时间90 min,此时受试菌对Cu2+的吸附率和吸附容量分别为82.14%和20.53 mg/g。Langmuir方程比Freundlich方程能更好地描述该受试菌对Cu2+的平衡吸附行为。通过比较受试菌吸附Cu2+前后红外光谱图得知,在吸附过程中,羟基和羰基都起着十分重要的作用。

Abstract: To remove copper (Ⅱ) from wastewater, the biosorption of copper (Ⅱ) by the mangrove endophytic fungus Fusarium sp#ZZF51 from the South China Sea was studied in this work. The biosorption equilibrium time of copper (Ⅱ) ions onto the tested fungus powders was determined to be 90 min. The optimized condition was pH 6.5, copper (Ⅱ) initial concentration 50 mg/L, adsorption time 90 min with 82.14% of removal efficiency, and 20.53 mg/g of biosorption capacity. The experimental data were analyzed by using the Langmuir model and the Freundlich model. The result indicated that the Langmuir isotherm model provided better correlation with the experimental data. The FTIR analysis confirmed that hydroxyl and carboxyl groups both gave an important contribution to the copper (Ⅱ) adsorption process.
