极限安全地震动下核电站安全壳楼层反应谱

Floor response spectra analysis of the nuclear containment at ultimate safety ground motion

摘要:

核电站安全壳结构的抗震分析对核电站设计和安全性评估起着至关重要的作用。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对核电站CPR1 000安全壳结构建立精细的三维有限元模型,在极限安全地震动下使用时程法进行非线性抗震分析;选取一些关键楼层位置的代表点计算结构的楼层反应谱,分析比较不同目标阻尼比对楼层反应谱的影响。结果表明:所建立的三维有限元模型能够真实有效地反映结构抗震分析时的具体响应,并且在极限安全地震动作用下仍然保持完整性,分析得到的结构楼层反应谱可作为子结构抗震分析的输入数据。

Abstract:

In the structural design and safety assessment of nuclear power plant, it is of great significant to analyze the seismic response of containment. Based on the three-dimensional finite element model of the containment, the nonlinear seismic response analysis is carried out at the ultimate safety ground motion, especially the seismic response spectrum of some floors are calculated by the time history method. In addition, the effect of different target damping ratios on the floor response spectrum were analyzed and compared. It is indicated that the detailed 3D finite element model is capable to reflect the actual response of structures and ensure the integrity at the ultimate safety ground motion. The structural response spectrum of structure obtained from the analysis could be used as the input data of the substructure seismic analysis.
