Growth Characteristic and Influence on Aquaculture of Chlorella vulgaris in Culture Water

摘要: 研究小球藻Chlorella vulgaris在养殖水体内的生长特征及其作用。结果显示,在光强4500 lx ,水温25 ℃条件下,小球藻在养殖水体内呈Lgistic方式增长K值为2 543×104mL-1, r值为0.5913,最大可持续产量(MSY)为375.91×104cell·mL-1·d-1,在养殖系统内每106 cell L-1小球藻的生产力为9.4 J·L-1·d-1。对比实验研究发现,水体营养盐浓度对小球藻密度有一定的影响,罗非鱼苗在自然养殖水体内的最大密度制约作用为4.47 g·L-1,小球藻能够有效吸收养殖水体中的氮、磷营养物质,能够改善养殖环境,减轻养殖密度制约作用,提高养殖效果。

Abstract: Studies the Chlorella vulgaris growth characteristic and influence on culture system. At Illumination 4500 lx , Temperature 25 ℃, The experiment result show that The Chlorella vulgaris on Lgistic growth index, The K is 2543×104 mL-1, The r is 0.5913, The Chlorella vulgaris Maximal Sustainable Yield (MSY ) in aquaculture water is 375.91×104 cell mL-1·d-1, And the productivity in the culture system is 9.4 J·L-1·d-1 even per 106cell·L-1C hlorella.The comparison experiment indicated that the Chlorella vulgaris density has certain effected by the water nutrient concentration, The Tiptop Culture Biomass of Tilapia fry was 4.47 g·L-1. The Chlorella vulgaris could availability absorbed the Nitrogen and Phosphor in culture water, relieve the culture density restrict effect, prominence the fish growth performance.
