海南东寨港红树林内生真菌 Penicillium sp.黄酮类代谢产物

Flavonoids metabolites of mangrove endophytic Penicillium sp. from Dongzhai Harbor

摘要:

采用静置培养方法对红树林内生真菌 Penicillium sp. H1N1进行液体发酵,多种色谱手段分离纯化其代谢产物,获得4个化合物,其结构经MS和NMR分析,并与文献数据比对,鉴定为:8-羟基-6-甲基呫吨酮-1-羧酸甲酯 (1)、8-羟基-6-甲基呫吨酮-1-羧酸 (2)、8-羟基-6-羧基呫吨酮-1-羧酸甲酯〖WTHZ〗(3)、和4′, 6-二羟基橙酮 (4)、X单晶衍射结果进一步证实化合物 1 的结构。另外,化合物 4 为首次从红树林微生物中获得,为橙酮类化合物的获取提供了新来源。

Abstract:

Mangrove endophytic fungi Penicillium sp.  H1N1 from Dongzhai Harbor of Hainan Province was fermented by liquid culture, and four compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic purification methods. Their structures were identified as 8-hydroxy-6-methyl-xanthone-1-carboxylate (1),8-hydroxy-6-methyl-xanthone-1-carboxylic acid (2),8-hydroxy-6-methyl-xanthone-1-carboxylate  (3) and 4′,6-dihydrooxyaurone(4),respectively. Furthermore, the structure of compound 1 was also confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Compound 4 was obtained from Mangrove endophytic fungi for the first time, providing a new natural source of aurones.
