A Consistency Evaluation and Maintenance Method of Electric Vehicle Lithium-ion+ Battery

Abstract: The consistency of electric vehicle Lithium-ion+ Battery can affect the efficiency of electric vehicle directly. The consistency of battery must be monitored for the use and maintenance of battery. A consistency evaluation method based on standard deviation of cell voltage was proposed. The consistency of battery can be divided into four levels which correspond to four kinds of maintenance strategies. The electric vehicle Lithium-ion+ Battery charge-discharge tests were used in the experiments, and the results show that the four consistency curves can be obtained by the method and it can provide a reference for the use and maintenance of battery.
